1. Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order after it has been submitted, e-mail us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been sent to our fulfillment warehouse, however, we will not be able to cancel your order. Due to our commitment to fast shipping and getting your order to you as quickly as possible, we highly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you hope to cancel your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
2. Do I need to register in order place orders on your website?
No, it is not necessary to create an account in order to place an order on our website. You may order as a guest if you like. However, if you create an account, you will be able to view your order history later on, which can make re-ordering much simpler.
3. Do you offer net terms to your customers?
No. At this time we are not able to extend credit to our customers. We do however, accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal as payment methods. If this does not work for you, we are also willing to accept checks for an order but will not ship out the order until the funds have been received
4. Do you offer volume discounts?
On many items, yes, we do. Depending on the quantity ordered, often up to 15%!

6. How do I place an order?
Once you find an item you would like to purchase, click the “Add to Cart” button near the item’s picture.
Click “View Cart” near to top of the page at any time to edit or preview your cart.
When you are done shopping and ready to check out, click the “Check Out” button.
Enter your billing and shipping information.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal as payment methods. If this does not work for you, we are also willing to accept checks for an order, but we will not ship out the order until the funds have been received.
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on most items. If you wish to return an order you must contact the customer service department. Once we receive notification that the warehouse has received your items, and are in re-sellable condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable
