1. Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order after it has been submitted, e-mail us as soon as possible at info@janitorialweb.com. If your order has already been sent to our fulfillment warehouse, however, we will not be able to cancel your order. Due to our commitment to fast shipping and getting your order to you as quickly as possible, we highly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you hope to cancel your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.

2. Do I need to register in order place orders on your website?
No, it is not necessary to create an account in order to place an order on our website. You may order as a guest if you like. However, if you create an account, you will be able to view your order history later on, which can make re-ordering much simpler.

3. Do you offer net terms to your customers?
No. At this time we are not able to extend credit to our customers. We do however, accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal as payment methods. If this does not work for you, we are also willing to accept checks for an order but will not ship out the order until the funds have been received

4. Do you offer volume discounts?
On many items, yes, we do. Depending on the quantity ordered, often up to 15%!

Once we receive notification that the warehouse has received your items, and are in re-sellable condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable
